The hotel is situated just a short walk from the beach and several nice dining options, making it perfect for a beach getaway. The rooms are somewhat dated but serve their purpose well for sleeping and showering. I did find the noise level from nearby bars to be quite bothersome, especially at night. Parking is free, which is a bonus, but it can be quite tight. Overall, it's a decent budget option if you're mainly looking to enjoy the area without spending too much.
